Amar Das, PhD, MD, FACMI was successfully placed. Dr. Das is responsible for creating a connected, comprehensive foundation for data-backed decisions that seamlessly bridge research and operations to transform data into value. He builds on his experience as the Director for Real-world Data Analytics and Innovation at Merck where he led the development and implementation of real-world data science and technology as part of Merck’s Center for Observational and Real-World Evidence. Prior to Merk, Dr. Das supported IBM in a similar role where he held global responsibilities for leading healthcare effectiveness and outcomes research for IBM Research.
