Robb and Danny Abiri as Managing Directors. Ms. Robb and Mr. Abiri have deep experience in placing Board, CEO and C-Suite professionals into companies with a life sciences and healthcare focus. For the past 25 years, Ms. Robb has been partnering with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms to place Board, CEO and C-suite, and investment professionals into innovative life sciences organizations that compete in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics & tools and health tech. She has previously worked for both large and boutique executive recruiting companies, including Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, and the Diversified Search Group. Additionally, Ms. Robb has been an avid supporter for the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF) and serves as a regular speaker on career management for the Wharton Healthcare Management Alumni Association. More recently, she has volunteered as a Business Mentor for C-Sweetener (now HTH Foundation), a mentoring organization with a charter to prepare women leaders for the healthcare C-suite, and she has served as a Strategic Advisor to Invincible Vision, a patient-led, nonprofit organization focused on serving the Bietti’s Crystalline Dystrophy (BCD) community.

Mr. Abiri brings 18 years of senior-level executive recruitment experience in the life science and biopharmaceutical industries across R&D, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and commercial operations. Working with clients ranging in size from pre-IPO to Fortune-100 companies, he has led searches for Board and C-suite executives, as well as executives in research, clinical development, commercialization and manufacturing. Prior to joining LifeSci Search, Mr. Abiri worked with recruiting firms such as DHR Global, Bench International, and the Lucas Group. Mr. Abiri holds a master’s degree in life sciences from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel and a bachelor’s degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
